Jakarta, Madina Line.Com – Ketua Kesatuan Perempuan Partai Golkar (KPPG) Provinsi Papua Ir Ramayanti Japara mengatakan, setelah digelarnya Rapat Kerja Nasional (Rakernas) Dewan Pimpinan Daerah (DPD) 1 seluruh Indonesia Partai Golongan Karya (P-G) di Hotel Sultan, Jakarta, selama 2 (dua) hari, sejak Kamis sore hingga ditutup oleh Sekretaris Jenderal (Sekjen) DPP P-G Lodewijk Freidrich Paulus pada Jum’at malam (22-23/03/2018), dan usai Pemilihan Gubernur (Pilgub) Papua, DPD Partai Golkar Provinsi Papua siap menggelar Rapat Kerja Daerah (Rakerda) di Provinsi Papua, dalam waktu dekat ini.
“DPD Partai Golkar Provinsi Papua siap menggelar Rakerda untuk memfollow up atau menindaklanjuti hasil-hasil dari Rakernas DPD 1 Partai Golkar seluruh Indonesia. Itu yang pertama,” ujar Ir Ramayanti Japara kepada wartawan Madina Line.Com ketika ditemui di Hotel Sultan, Jakarta, usai acara Rakernas DPD 1 Partai Golkar seluruh Indonesia, Jum’at malam.
Kedua, sambungnya, KPPG Provinsi Papua punya program Desa Dasar Karya yang sekarang ini sudah dilakukan di Kabupaten Kerom, yang menjadi desa binaan. “Kebetulan Ketua KPPG di Kabupaten Kerom itu istri dari Bupati Kerom, Papua, sehingga kita bisa melakukan pembinaan dan pemberdayaan kepada perempuan kampung yang ada di sana dengan menggulirkan pemberdayaan kerajinan batik khas Kabupaten Kerom,” terangnya.
“Kabupaten Kerom ini adalah border town (kota perbatasan) yang berbatasan dengan Negara Papua Nugini (PNG). Jadi program ini sangat mengena kepada masyarakat, sehingga basis-basis perempuan untuk Partai Golkar sekarang sudah semakin jelas dan elektabilitas 18% diharapkan bisa tercapai dari program-program pemberdayaan perempuan karena masyarakat terutama kaum perempuan akan bisa menerima suatu golongan, dalam hal ini adalah Partai Golkar, bilamana keterlibatan P-G kepada kehidupan mereka itu bisa memberikan manfaat,” jelasnya.
Dikatakannya, program andalan P-G tetap ada azaz manfaat bagi kaum perempuan Papua, sehingga kaum perempuan Papua yakin sekali dengan 4 (empat) program andalan yang dicanangkan oleh Partai Golkar yaitu Perumahan murah, Pembukaan lapangan kerja baru, Sembilan bahan pokok (Sembako) murah dan kemudian pengenalan 1 (satu) industri padat karya,” paparnya.
“KPPG Provinsi Papua sudah memulai dengan membina kaum perempuan dan kaum ibu yang selama ini tidak pernah dilirik dan diberdayakan oleh Pemerintah Indonesia yaitu industri kerajinan batik. Kita mengambil dan menggali dari kebudayaan daerah setempat yang dituangkan di kain batik,” jelasnya.
Ketiga, imbuhnya, KPPG Provinsi Papua membina ibu-ibu untuk membuat soap atau sabun aromatik dan untuk pelatih itu didatangkan dari Bali. “Kenapa dari Bali? Pasalnya, Bali terkenal dengan industri spa,” ungkapnya.
“Jadi kami tidak melakukan hal yang muluk-muluk karena program ini jelas dan kena kepada masyarakat Papua. Hal ini yang dilihat, sehingga akan memerkuat basis-basis perempuan di kabupaten lain. Jadi kami akan bergulir tidak hanya di Kabupaten Kerom saja,” paparnya.
Dijelaskannya, pihaknya akan terjun langsung kepada masyarakat kaum perempuan yang ada di seluruh lapisan daerah Papua. “Apalagi, di daerah yang lain sesuai dengan kondisi alamnya. Misalnya, di Kota Jayapura, kita punya produksi ikan Amphar yaitu ikan tuna yang sudah sangat terkenal selama ini tetapi kemasannya itu belum layak jual,” ujarnya.
‘Jadi nanti KPPG Provinsi Papua akan turun membantu memberikan pembinaan untuk hal ini agar produk ini bisa layak jual dan memberikan azaz manfaat dan penambahan ekonomi untuk rumah tangga kaum perempuan Papua, sehingga suaminya pun bisa ikut untuk memilih Partai Golkar,” tuturnya.
Ia menegaskan, Partai Golkar tidak datang ke masyarakat saat kampanye saja tetapi Partai Golkar sudah punya desa-desa binaan. “KPPG harus memerkuat basis-basis pemilih Partai Golkar. Jadi program andalan ini, KPPG sudah siap menjalankannya,’ tandasnya. (Murgap)
