PT GMM Bulog Jamin Produksi Gula Zero Sulfur

Blora, Madina Line.Com – Pabrik gula Blora, Jawa Tengah (Jateng), PT Gendhis Multi Manis (GMM) Bulog, satu-satunya pabrik di Indonesia yang memunyai sistem sirkulasi tertutup atau closed water circulation dan terletak di pucuk Gunung Blora dan memiliki luas lahan 4 (empat) Hektare (Ha), yang baru ditakeover (dibeli) oleh Perum Bulog dari pihak swasta per Oktober 2016 dari pemilik perusahaan bernama Kartajaya senilai Rp1,2 triliun.
General Manager (GM) PT GMM Bulog Bambang Subekti mengatakan hal itu kepada Forum Wartawan Unit Perum Bulog (Forwabul) pada acara Press Tour Forwabul ke Divisi Regional (Divre) Perum Bulog Semarang, Jateng, Sub Divre Mitra Bulog di Gudang Baru Bulog (GBB) Kartosari Demak, Jateng, Unit Penggilingan Gabah dan Beras (UPGB) di Kudus, Jateng, hingga ke perusahaan gula Blora PT GMM Bulog di pucuk Gunung Blora di hari pertama kunjungan, Selasa sore (22/05/2017). Acara ini berhasil terlaksana berkat kerjasama Forwabul dengan Perum Bulog.
Dikatakannya, biasanya pabrik gula peninggalan Belanda yang usianya 300 (tiga ratus) tahun, pabrik gula itu berada di sekitar Kantor Pemerintah Daerah (Pemda) atau sungai dan perusahaan ini yang berada di pucuk Gunung Blora terdapat kampung-kampung yang terletak di posisi bawah perusahaan. “Kenapa kami memilih tempat ini? Kebetulan kami tim yang ikut membangun perusahaan ini, karena tebu itu, 80% isinya adalah air, dan air ini kalau kita giling, kapasitas giling ini sementara 4000 (empat ribu) Tcd, expansibilitynya (ekspansi) 6000 (enam ribu) Tcd atau perutnya 6000,” terangnya.
“Kalau 4000 dibagi 80%, pabrik ini dari tebu mengeluarkan air sekitar 80%-nya dari 4000. Kita bisa melihat pabrik ini unik dan indah sekali, karena pabrik ini memunyai 4 (empat) waduk, 4 waduk totalnya itu hampir mencapai 250.000 (dua ratus lima puluh ribu) kubik air dan dalamnya waduk mencapai 11 (sebelas) Meter persegi (M2) dan kalau pada saat malam hari, lampu pabrik itu langsung bisa menyinari waduk dan terlihat pula wajah pabrik ini dari atas,” paparnya.
Ia menjelaskan, pabrik gula PT GMM Bulog ini diakuisi di Perum Bulog, dan Bambang sebagai salah satu ahli gula di Ikatan Ketahanan Gula (IKG) Indonesia, menilai tidak salah Perum Bulog untuk mengambil alih perusahaan ini. “Karena pada tahun 2015, pada saat giling perdana, bahwa Blora itu pabrik baru, rendemennya 8,3%. Sementara, pabrik gula tetangga dengan kualitas tebu yang sama ini hampir 1 (satu) point kadar gulanya dengan pabrik gula tetangga di Jateng,” urainya.
Kemudian, sambungnya, di tahun 2016, PT GMM Bulog mengalami anomali iklim dan rendemennya jatuh. “Rendemennya, 6.7,1%. Artinya, 1 kuintal tebu, gulanya 6,7 Kilogram (Kg). Kemudian, pabrik gula tetangga juga ikut jatuh juga tetap 1 point,” katanya.
“Jadi nilai atau kelebihan pabrik dan keunggulan pabrik gula di sini, yakni memunyai 4 keunggulan, pertama efisiensi, kedua, pengelolaannya tinggi 1%, ketiga, ramah lingkungan, dan keempat, biasanya pabrik gula itu ada cerobong asap “ngecat langit” karena warnanya hitam pekat karena adanya sulfitasi. Di sini, hampir tidak kelihatan warna hitamnya karena disedot atau dibleeding atau diserap dan dipakai untuk proses pemurnian gula menggantikan sulfur. Jadi pabrik ini dijamin memroduksi gula 0 (nol) atau zero (nihil) sulfur. Pasalnya, sulfur itu tidak baik untuk kesehatan tubuh manusia karena bisa merusak paru-paru manusia,” terangnya.
Dijelaskannya, jika masyarakat meminum gula produksi PT GMM Bulog ini tidak perlu khawatir karena sudah tidak ada belerangnya. “Perusahaan ini telah menggunakan carbondioksida atau CO2 atau carbon asam untuk menghilangkan zat yang “mengecat langit” tersebut, sehingga efisiennya tinggi dan bahan penolongnya lebih rendah,” tegasnya.
“Di perusahaan ini, semua mesin digerakan oleh listrik. Listriknya berasal dari mana? Dari tebu. Maka, disebut coggage,” terangnya.
Jadi, sambungnya, semua lcd ini bisa bergerak berasal dari tebu. “Caranya seperti apa mengelolanya? Air tebu dibakar dengan ampasnya tebu menjadi steam, lalu steam dimasukan ke turbin generator menjadi listrik. Produksi listrik di perusahaan ini mencapai 12 (dua belas) Mega Volt (MV). Di Kabupaten Blora sendiri produksi listriknya kurang dari 10 (sepuluh) MV. Di sini produksinya 12 MV, dipakai untuk proses hanya 8 (delapan) MV dan kita masih ekses 4 (empat) MV,” katanya.
“Namun, belum bisa dijual listriknya, karena saya mau jual merupakan ekses, tawaran harga dari Pemerintah Indonesia rendah. Harga 1 Kilo Watt per Hour atau KWH kalau umum harganya Rp1500, ini dihargai hanya Rp750. Jadi tidak believeable (dipercaya). Jadi idolnya listrik ini belum kami manfaatkan. Namun, direksi kami, akan memanfaatkan idol ini sebagai pabrik pupuk. Dryingnya pupuk atau pengeringnya,” ungkapnya.
Kemudian, sambungnya, angka sasaran target di tahun 2017 pabrik gula PT GMM Bulog, kapasitas giling 4000 Tcd atau setara dengan 600 (enam ratus) truk per hari. “Selanjutnya, 150 (seratus lima puluh) hari kita bekerja, nanti akan memroduksi gula 42.000 (empat puluh dua ribu) ton. Keperluannya 8700 (delapan ribu tujuh ratus) Ha. Namun, di Blora ini karena pabriknya masih baru, jadi petaninya juga masih belum semangat menanam tebu lainnya 2800 (dua ribu delapan ratus) Ha,” tuturnya.
“Sisanya, 5000 (lima ribu) Ha, terpaksa untuk 2 (dua) tahun ke depan mengambil tebu dari Rembang dan Sragen, Jateng. Kita tidak akan mengganggu pabrik lain, karena kita mendapatkan informasi di Rembang, Jateng, ada 10.000 (sepuluh ribu) Ha tetapi tidak memunyai pabrik. Di situ daerah perebutan pabrik yang ada di luar daerah itu dan di Sragen juga ada 8000 Ha, namun pabriknya kecil-kecil, sehingga keberadaan perusahaan gula Blora ini bisa menampung masyarakat atau petani yang menanam tebu. Tetapi kami tidak mau seperti itu karena ongkos kirimnya (ongkir) mahal karena jarak transportasi yang jauh. Tujuan kita, 75% memakmurkan petani dan keluarganya,” ungkapnya.
Dikatakannya, pada tahun 2018, PT GMM Bulog menargetkan pengembangan lahan. “Dari 4000 Tcd, target kami 7 (tujuh) % air tebu petani bisa tercapai pada tahun 2017,” tandasnya.
